Join the Adidas Philippines promo and get a chance to win a shopping spree worth Php15, 000. Support your FIFA team and win GCs from Adidas once again. Simply print and fill out the form below and drop in participating branches. See mechanics for more details.


Mechanics:

  1. Fill up the flyer with name, address, contact number, email and affix signature and bring them in any of adidas Sports Performance Centers and drop in designated promo boxes.
    - Adidas Sports Performance Center Megamall, Adidas Sports Performance Center Trinoma, Adidas Sports Performance Center Marquee Mall Pampanga, Adidas Sports Performance Center Greenbelt, Adidas Sports Performance Center Shangrila Plaza Mall, Adidas Sports Performance Center Greenhills, Adidas Sports Performance Center Festival Mall, Adidas Sports Performance Center Rockwell, Adidas Sports Performance Center Robinsons Ermita, Adidas Sports Performance Center Robinsons Galleria, Adidas Sports Performance Center Eastwood, Adidas Sports Performance Center Gateway, Adidas Sports Performance Center Novaliches, Adidas Sports Performance Center Glorietta
  2. Six (6) Lucky winners will be drawn, winner will receive Php 15,000 worth of adidas gift certificate.
  3. Employee of adidas Philippines and participating outlets including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity of affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
  4. Winner may only use the prize in the corresponding outlet in the flyer.
  5. Prizes are not convertible to cash.
  6. Consumer may only win once.
  7. Promo Period is from June 11 – July 11, 2010
  8. Winners will be notified through registered mail.
  9. Redemption of prizes shall be 60 days from receipt of notification otherwise it will be forfeited in favor of adidas Philippines with DTI approval.
  10. Winners can claim their prizes at participating adidas outlets by presenting their claim stub.
  11. Grand draw will be on July 15, 5pm, @ adidas Philippines, 38th Floor Robinsons Equitable Tower Ortigas center, Pasig City
  12. Deadline of dropping entries is on July 11, 2010.
  13. The prize should be valid until fully consumed.
